GANNI.

The Vegan Apparel Collection (concept design)

I designed a vegan-friendly range for GANNI, a Copenhagen-based fashion brand that focuses on sustainability. My dedication to animal welfare led me to investigate substitutes for textiles sourced from animals, swapping cow-leather for Desserto and Piñatex, and traditional silk for MicroSilk.

In crafting this collection, I thoroughly researched the brand's ethos, past and present designs, analysed future trends through WGSN, and utilised Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop for CAD drawings and mood boards.

THE KNITWIT STABLE.

Documentary Photography

Advocating for Animal Welfare in the Fashion Industry.

The fashion industry has long been entangled with the exploitation of animals. From fur farms to cruel harvesting practices for materials like leather and exotic skins, countless animals endure unimaginable suffering for the sake of fashion.

However, the KnitWit Stable stands as an inspiring example of how animals should be treated within the fashion supply chain. They have built their foundation upon the principles of respect, compassion, and responsible sourcing.

I took on this photography project to encourage compassionate and sustainable practices by documenting both quality products and well cared for animals.

LA VITA (AGRO) DOLCE

Featured at Palazzo Strozzi, Florence IT

My art project, titled 'La Vita (Agro) Dolce,' delved into the paradoxical nature of the tourism industry in Italy, juxtaposing holiday marketing with the reality. My project showcased two postcards per city (Florence, Siena, and Venice): one bought from a local gift shop in Florence and the other crafted and created using live CCTV footage sourced online. My inspiration for this project stems from the remarkable works of Martin Parr, a distinguished British documentary photographer, who brilliantly captures the humorous yet grotesque peculiarities of tourism in the UK.
